I bought the Cuisinart roasting pan after I saw it recommended in Cook's magazine. So far, it has more than met my expectations. My favorite roasting bird is duck and the pan is spacious enough to accommodate three. The rack on which the birds rest is sturdy and high enough , so that the bottom of the birds are well clear of any basting juices and drippings. And cleanup of both the rack and pan is easy , although an overnight soak in warm soapy water might be necessary. Winter is approaching and I plan to use my roasting pan often.

I thought it was a little pricey at first, but now that I have been using my new pan I highly recommend the purchase!  it's large enough for roasting anything I want and the tray makes it easy to manage.  Easily cut the meat right in the pan.  or lift out of the pan neatly to transfer into the serving platter.   And clean up is effortless.

I am very pleased with this roasting pan. Stainless steel is so much easier to clean than other materials. The stainless steel rack is great. The rack is sturdy and I like the curved design. I do wish that there was a stainless steel high-domed cover for the roaster, that would have made it perfect.

High Quality Material and Well-Made Roaster

I'm happy I made this purchase. It took a lot of research on my part e.g. light weight, easy clean, position of handles, size of food capacity. Cooked an 10 lb pork shoulder with plenty of room, so a 15 lb. turkey should be no problem and if you're really ambitious and going to feed a very large gathering imagine a pan full of lasagna. Yummy. I wouldn't pass up on the purchase of this roasting pan.

Best roasting pan I've ever had.

Love that it's stainless and a perfect size to boot!
I had 2 very expensive 'non-stick' roasting pans with racks that both when washed accordingly to instructions totally degraded both the pan and the rack! This stainless is perfect!

Best Roasting Pan Ever

Made a rib roast using this pan and it turned out very impressively.  The roast was evenly cooked and very nicely browned.  The pan itself is gorgeous, shiny, heavy duty stainless and easy to clean.  Glad I chose to purchase this pan!

Gorgeous pan with rack

This roasting pan is perfect for the holidays. It's high quality and the perfect size whether you have a 15 or 10 lb Turkey. It was easy to baste with it and easy to move around. I love it!

Stainless steel roasting pan

Really love the pan and rack and works great for our weekly roast chicken. However it's not easy to clean off the baked on grease from the pan. Even though I line the pan with aluminum foil and clean with hot soapy water and Barkeepers Friend, it's not enough to fully remove all the grease spots on the sides and edges so this will be an ongoing battle to keep the pan shiny.

Almost perfect

I'm disappointed with the lighter weight of this roasting pan. It's okay, but nothing that will last for years. After one use, there is a permanent stain after roasting a turkey with the rack...it's only juices that stained. Major bummer and not at all like Cuisinart used to be.

Bummed

I bought this because I usually host about a dozen people for Thanksgiving and Christmas.  It is the perfect size for a 25 lb turkey or a ten pound rib roast.  It took an HOUR of scrubbing with steel wool to get it clean.  I will probably go back to using disposable pans.
