Great warmer

This was a Christmas gift so box was heavy and hard to wrap; however easy to put together.   We have turned it on to test it but will get good use out of it soon.

Easy Assembly.

Unit was well packed to prevent damage from shipping and instructions were very easy to follow. Also like that the heater head is easy to adjust and folds down fir storage. Only con is wish it took a bigger propane tank.

This is the best patio heater I have ever purchased (i have 7 others). Excellent functionality, looks good and high quality. From the 360 spin, to the fold away arm, to the high quality ignition,  the best on the market

Great patio heater. This thing is massive compared to the one I had. Very well made and although it takes a bit of time to put together the instructions were easy to understand and parts labeled for easy assembly. Quality product

Great Heater

This was one of the higher rated outdoor heaters, when I was looking. My son put this together. We jused used it on Christmas Day, and everyone agreed it did the job it needed to do. I  love that it can be angled to get better heating in an area. It can be doubled over for storage! Great priduct!

Crowd pleaser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a solid heater but after all the time it took to assemble it we realized it wasn't really going to meet the main need we expected of it which was to provide heat under our patio. The “bent arm” and video caused us to believe we could lower the heat source so that it would provide more clearance from the patio than other heaters and avoid a fire danger.  However the heat does not operate with the arm lowered. The arm merely swivels into other directions but still at the same height.  We won't be returning it as it took time to assemble and we can still use it - just not under the patio.
