This was a gift which I didn't think I needed.  But now that I have it, I love it!  Every morning I use it for my tea, and I have found it comes in handy at other times also.  I like that I can set the temperature for different needs.

High Quality Kettle

I love my new kettle. The temperature adjustments and the keep warm options are wonderful upgrades to my last kettle.

Great upgrade

I love this kettle.  This is my 3rd ownership. A smart kettle that brews water  to the perfect temperature to brew a variety of teas and coffee.  Love that it has a keep warm function to keep the water at the desired temperature for 30 minutes.  This is my 3rd kettle because we use it so much that we've worn it out. We boil water at least 4-5 times a day and keep it "warmed" every single boil. We have 4 members in our family thst have different wake times and different beverages - hot cocoa and teas!

Fantastic Kettle

Love this kettle!  Tea has always been my beverage of choice, but I never realized that different teas require different temps to derive optimum flavor.  This kettle does the trick!  Alerts you when it is ready.  No cord to deal with while pouring and a "Keep Warm" feature that maintains the temp for 30 minutes before automatic shut off.  Although it is a bit noisy while "boiling", I highly recommend this tea kettle!

The perfect temp for your choice of tea!

The kettle doesn't shut off or beep when the set temperature is reached. It just keeps going so keep an eye on it.

Major glitch in kettle.

For the fine art of tea drinking this product is perfect. The flaws: It doesn't pour well and you have to pour through a plastic screen and a plastic holder for the screen. I have found my way around that by opening the lid and pouring my water out from the side. Why plastic is still used inside of a stainless steel container is beyond me, it defeats the purpose.

Could Be Better

This is a very nice kettle. It's very easy to use. It's very convenient for folks who need a variety of temps for different types of tea. 
I did not give 5 stars for the following reasons: 
Having the water level window behind the handle makes it awkward to see when you want a specific amount.
Because of the shape of the filter insert at the spout, the pour gets sloppy when you get near the end of the water.
The boil dry protection does not just turn off the kettle, it triggers an error code. Was a pain to turn this off.

Excellent kettle with minor flaws

I use this pot to make tea, coffee, for cooking, etc.  It's very easy to use. I've always appreciated and liked Cuisinart products. The only problem I find with this product is that you have to use a stainless steel cleaner to polish it on the outside. Once I purchased this product I saw other brands with a similar product for a lower price. I'm not worried because I know Cuisinart will go the distance!

Hot water in a hurry

We use our Cuisinart product several times a day. Water is heated quickly and to an accurate temperature. And the stainless steel looks great in our kitchen.

Solid Product and Performance

Beautiful pot... love the design/features/operation of it, but it started developing rust spots on the inside base with 2 weeks of purchase.  Unfortunately, I had to return it because stores were out. I called your help line and they said it was discontinued. Purchased another brand to replace it.
