The size is perfect for daily use or when your recipe calls for larger quantities. Easy to use and to clean.

Efficient and ease of use

Kitchen counter space is often a premium. My wireless chopper enables working anywhere, without concern for wires or electric outlets. Alternating between "Chop" and "Grind" evenly distributes ingredients. Quickly recharges, too. Glad I bought it.

EvolutionX Chops Anywhere

This mini chopper fits the bill when it comes to chopping.  I've used it this summer to chop all my vegetables for salsa!  Sure beats chopping jalapenos by hand! the fact it is rechargeable means you can chop anywhere and not have to worry about having an outlet close by.

Was a bit dubious at first using cordless gadgets in the kitchen, but guess what I'm converted. Cuisinart are steps ahead of other manufacturers in this field. Reliability and Quality scream out.
As a gadget mad guy I love trying out new gadgets, and as I love my cooking this covers both.
So Cuisinart if you want a tester and review for any future products, I'm your guy.

Highly recommend

It's a little bigger than the mini, but not as powerful. It doesn't grind or chop as evenly or finely, even with extra time and pulses. The buttons are more difficult to activate but I hope they will loosen up with use. The cordless feature is very convenient and overall, I'm not giving away my mini but the convenience and size of the EvolutionX is definitely a plus for me.

Pluses and minuses

Portable, light, and good value. Haven't used it enough to give a full judgement but it's promising and works just as expected. Great value and great for small tasks and small kitchens. Easy to clean too.

The blade is a worry. You have to pull it out with one hand as otherwise you risk the blade hitting your hand. The jug is also a bit too big fir the blades i think? But that's me. 

Loved the recipe ideas leaflet included.

I did not have a good experience with this product. I took it out of the box, let it charge, the bar indicated that it was ready to go. However, it simply did not work!
