Ease Of Use

We purchased this blender a few months ago and it's been working well until the other day when the white plastic round shaft melted under regular use, now we'll have to purchase a new one because we forgot to register the product, not good

Hand blender

I bought 3 blenders like this and all died after being lightly used. I loved them as long as they worked. That's why i kept buying a new one. The first one died while chopping some raw baby carrots in the chopping unit (not the stick). The second and third died out of the blue, no baby carrots, nothing hard to chew. It looks very nice. It is very good when it works, but the mechanism inside is made of plastic and that's the thing that easily breaks.
I do not recommend as it does not last more than a year and a half.

Only works on one speed

I got in 2 weeks, but not so useful as the commerical.

Not as the ad.

I bought this a couple of days ago. The blender is hard to use. Have to press a button at the top and on the side. Very difficult to manage specially when pureeing food in a pot. The chopping blade gets stuck from time to time. The container came with a crack at the bottom. I'm used to Kitchenaid and this is no where close to Kitchenaid quality.

Poor quality - inconvenient design

Poorly made Chopper Grinder Bowl and other parts.  I've had two bowls crack and the blade attachment break.  Part replacement is expensive.   Won't buy another.  I'll just use my sturdy Magic Bullet.

Cheaply made parts

Rated the lowest, because didn't receive the one I ordered.

Wrong product

I had an earlier version of this hand held blender and used it and loved it so much that it wore out.  This version has two buttons you have to press to make it work. It is very difficult to keep the buttons pushed to actually make it work for  any amount of time.  I'm 66 and though that it was just my partially arthritic fingers that made it difficult by my strong young son who is in his mid-30s said he could feel his hand developing carpal tunnel syndrome just attempting to beat some whipping cream.
