Love it!!! I had my previous blender for quite a long time.  I was so sad when it died.  My Cuisinart is absolutely wonderful! Quiet, powerful, great shape- love it!!!

Love this blender!  Received as a gift for company anniversary, and I can use it for smoothies, chopping ingredients, and more.  Definitely a good choice!

Love it!

I really like this blender which I use for smoothies every day.  I use frozen fruit and it has the fruit liquified in seconds.  I was concerned that several reviews warned the leaking problem.  If you press down on the top it will leak from added pressure but what I have discovered is if you do not press down on the lid while blending it does the job with no leaking.  I have been using my blender daily for approximately four weeks.

I am satisfied, so far so good!

It worked well for about a month, but then it stopped working. The removable blade makes it easy to clean, however, it is also a design flaw in that if the blade isn't tightened completely then when you run the blender liquid will leak through and go into the base of the machine causing the whole thing to break. (and I mean the blade needs to be very very tightened.. i would have to use a rubber grip to tighten it enough to make it not leak)

Broke after 2 months. I will have to ship it back to cuisinart to get it fixed.

Broken blender

The drive broke within a year.  The components of the drive include plastic components, so durability wasn't part of the engineering process. Disappointing.

Plastic Drive will not last

I bought this relatively inexpensive Cuisinart blender to replace one made by another manufacturer When I used the new blender, making a smoothie with about 10 oz of milk and a few tablespoons of protein powder, the liquid shot upward out of the jar and pooled around the plastic pour lid seated in the blender lid. I checked to see if the pour lid was seated properly and locked into place and it was. This mess happens every time I use the blender. I am going to return it. It's clearly defective.
