I recently have purchased the Cuisinart flip waffle maker and have been extremely happy with the results. Previously I owned a Hamilton Beach flip waffle maker. Only after a few times using it, when flipped back to original position to remove the waffle it would become stuck and the waffles would burn. It was extremely frustrating and wasteful. Since owning my new Cuisinart flip waffle maker we have been enjoying easy and perfectly made waffles! Love it!

I bought this a few months ago and it has been making great waffles ever since. The feature to make 2 at a time is a bonus. I haven't had any problem with the waffles sticking though I do grease consistently between batches (not sure it is necessary). There is a control to chose the degree of crispiness and an alarm that tells you when the device is up to temperature and when the waffle is done. All work well. I make sourdough waffles of various ingredients, all cook to perfection. I don't see a need to have a device that allows you to remove the grate to clean- it is free of all debris as the waffle comes out easily. Overall, I am very happy with this choice.

This Belgian waffle, is the best I could have ever bought. I am pleased to have breakfast on time for everyone since they are fast two by two they come out rich crisp or soft as you want them. For cleaning mode is super easy. I love my doble Belgian Waffle. I recommend a 100%

The best making waffle!!!!!!

I finally had the opportunity to use this double sided waffle maker and I loved it!  It is easy to use and so handy to be able to make more than one waffle at a time.  It was easy to clean as well.

I purchased this for a shower party for my daughter.  I have made waffles for years but she wanted Belgian waffles. I read many reviews and decided to purchase the Cuisinart machine. I decided to practice before the party and I used the recipe included with the machine. The waffles came out fantastic. I adjusted the heat only once. The waffles were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Making two at a time helped a lot for the party.  Clean up was easy too. A couple of paper towels was all I needed.  My family can't wait for me to start making the batter for the next waffle party.

Perfect Belgian Waffles

I absolutely love the waffle maker. My waffles came out so professionally using it. They did not stick at all. The only negative I would say is using the plastic cup to measure. Too much batter sticks to the cup. It is easier just to pour the batter from the mixing bowl. I wish the cup was a better design. I set the darkness to level 4 and it was perfect for us.

Best waffle maker ever!  I was dissatisfied with my previous waffle maker and replaced it with this one.  This waffle maker is faster and makes perfect waffles, even with a simple batter!  Plus, with the double design, more servings are ready sooner.  The finished waffles are in 4 sections each that can be broken apart.   Love it and so glad i bought it.

Perfect waffles fast!

Pros: Easy to use, fairly easy to clean. Cons: Takes up a considerable amount of counter space, must put it in a place that you can clean the surroundings because of the cooking spray you must spray on the plates before placing batter in. Plates are nonstick but certain waffle recipes call for cooking spray on plates before loading batter. Also if you use the wrong recipe (even some recipes that call for a waffle maker), the waffle will not be able to come out of the press, and cleaning this is challenging and frustrating - having to go through all the groves of the waffle plate... I've learned this the hard way. All outside of the round plates part get extremely hot, so handle with care. I've also learned this the hard way. Otherwise it's a great product, I like being able to make oat flour gluten free waffles :)

It took some getting used to

The Double Belgian Waffle Maker has been such a joy and pleasure to use since its' arrival in my home. It has made perfectly thick, deep, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside waffles every time! The double maker is perfect for my family of 5, we could eat waffles every day! There are two things I'd take 1 star away for: 1- The knob for adjusting the brownness on the waffle maker is looser than I would expect it be, however it functions as intended when set a little past the number I'd prefer it to be set on.  2- The beep sound once the waffle maker has warmed up sounds off as expected. However, I've experienced a few times when the beep sound did not go off once the waffle was done and I've had to readjust the browning control knob to get the beep to work or turn it off and back on. Nonetheless, this waffle maker has been a real work horse in my house because we love waffles for breakfast, lunch, dinner or desert! I really tested this waffle maker out as soon as I received it (several days in a row to be exact) to ensure that I had made a good choice with this purchase. Weeks later I can say that this is the best choice for a Belgian waffle maker! The fact that you get two waffles ready to eat at the same time, plus clean up is a simple wipe down with a damp cloth, makes this a no brainer waffle maker choice. Since getting this waffle maker a few days after black Friday, I've not only made waffles, but I have made brownies, biscuits stuffed with mozzarella, cheese quesadillas, eggs, waffle churros and I'm thinking of what next as I type LOL! This has been the most fun I've ever had with a kitchen appliance in my life!

LOVE AT FIRST USE AND SO FUN!

I have used my double waffle maker a couple of times now and love being able to make twice as many twice as fast! It has worked well, however, I have noticed that the little buttons that hold the handles together have failed to keep the handles together as they should be  two or three times. I am hoping this issue resolved and does not continue, that it is just because it is still new.

The first one we got looked like it had been returned.  It didn't come in a Cuisinart box etc.  We returned it and bought another one.  This one looked new.  It came in the original box with original packing etc.  The first time we used it, the latch stopped working and you couldn't close the waffle maker.  We returned it.
