I live in an older mobile home and the tub is too shallow and the plumbing out of the wall is too short for a taller person. I was looking for some type of "extension" that would allow me to not have to hunch over or lean back to get under the shower arm and I didn't want to attach another pipe coming out of the wall. Then I stumbled across this and knew I'd been "redeemed"! Very simple to install, quick and easy attachement to the existing pipe out of the wall; other reviews said the item can't be tightened enough, but I haven't had ANY problems with the hand held Water Pik I own remaining in the position I set the Culligan Arm...it's stayed right where it was put and it keeps the shower head more than 9 or 10 inches over my head (and I'm 5'8") and I am VERY HAPPY having a normal shower again!

I bought this as a surprise gift for my husband! Did I say surprise gift? Well the surprise was on me he didn't need it after all. So, back it goes but it is of good quality!

Great product

Great product, but this "extension" to the Culligan Raindisc Shower costs almost as much as the shower-head itself. And you can't not buy it - it makes the Raindisc shower experience exponentially better! This should come as an accessory to the shower head, and not sold separately. Other than that, very happy with it!

Wish this wasn't sold separately

It made my shower head lower so would have to squat down to fit under the shower. It only adjust form side to side not up or down.

You know how difficult it is to get into anything packed in heavy-duty plastic? Well this was the cream-of-the-crop. I had to carefully cut around the entire product to get it out of the packaging just to have it spill out. I spent an hour trying to put it together so I could put it on my shower pipe, but without directions, I couldn't figure it out. Took it back. Useless waste of time.
