Took me about 2 hrs to install, very secure and sturdy. My wife helped hold it up while I got the bolts in place so I would recommend a second pair of hands. Definitely would recommend this product.

Great hitch

Absolute nightmare to install on a 2019 Mazda CX-5. I'm pretty handy and have installed hitches on other vehicles without issue. This requires detaching the exhaust and lowering it enough to squeeze this big heavy thing above it, but not so far as to damage it. It's recommended to hold it up with a strap or coat hangar.  You don't have much room because the bumper fascia bracket is unmovable. You've got to peel tape, scrape insulation, and fish a bolt through holes from the inside. 

Took me four hours. I do not recommend you attempt this unless you've got legit tire ramps and are very comfortable with working on cars.
