It is a good tire mount for the price. I was not able to get but 2 bolts to hold my tire. Also, I wish it had a tilt feature so I can open my tailgate without removing the mount.

Exactly what I was looking for so that my camper spare tire can be carried somewhere other than underneath the camper!

Seems substantial. Using it on an ATV but season has not commenced.

Got this for our UTV after trying to install, found it too short to use so required a 16 inch extra extension.  While it appears to be a good quality and solid construction we found that unfortunately it was so long that it hit the ground when we went thru dips, which riding a UTV was very often.  We had to return it to Walmart as it did not work for us.   Others may find it very good, just take into consideration the length.  It would have worked good it the extra extension wasn't necessary for the spare tire to clear the back of the UTV.  Construction wise I think it would be very good for most tires, but may need a weight restriction of a 100lbs.
