I bought this to use with a bike carrier on the back of my Jeep Wrangler. I needed to clear the spare tire in the rear. It's a simple part obviously. It did the job, has a nice finish, and is well constructed.

CURT Adaptable hitch.

This thing is built like a TANK ! 
And unlike other brands that I looked at, the male end of it is solid, not hollow ! I needed it because I mounted a hitch on the front of my rig to make it easier to maneuver my boat into and out of my shop/ garage and the hitch itself was too far back for the stinger to clear the license plate and this was perfect !
