Easy to install hitch.   Hardesr part is doing it without a lift but all in all simple steps to follow.  Advice take out a bolt from the tie down and insert it into the driver side holes a few threads to clean out the spray liner and your day will be easier

I ordered this true Walmart and it was supposed to be available in 2 days but it took until 10 p.m. of the third day before I was able to pick it up at the store. As for the hitch itself it was excellent and exactly as advertised and fit on my 2013 Kia Soul with no problems at all

Great price, but Walmart a full day late.

Very well made . Removal of the push pins requires a special tool , get one. Don't expect this hitch to slide in place. You will have to use a block of wood and hammer to make it fit. It takes two people to install this hitch. Additionally, unless you both weigh 110 lbs you will need ramps to lift the vehicle enough to get under the vehicle with the hitch.  Starting the threads on the retaining bolts is no easy job and may require several attempts. A torque wrench is needed to complete the job. Keep trying , you don't have the wrong Hitch, its just a very tight fit.
