The strap across the back of wedge is not adjustable. It is stretchy but not stretchy or lengthy enough to go over the seat-back and remain in places. I have to make sure that it does not fall out of the car everytime I exit the vehicle. But the wedge serves its purpose.  It is a tad stiff but comfortable. It is better than others I have had or have seen on the market.

Bought this as a Christmas present and someone else really liked it so I am buying it for them for their birthday!

It's well built but didn't work for me. I ended up making my own with memory foam.
