It's simple just like advertised. It is designed for your computer but I connected it to my TV. Worked great, I just plugged it into the USB port and it worked.  The only problem with using it on the TV, we discovered we couldn't watch shows that were in 5K or HD 4.1? But it worked fine on just HD but that isn't what it was advertised for anyway. So I'm not complaining, I will use it for my computer as it was intended for.

Speaker bar

The speaker works ok, but is a little tinny sounding, meaning higher pitch than normal, and lack of body to the sound. But it is good for the price, and the captive USB cable is plenty long. Also, it will not clip to the bottom of my LG monitor, but it will clip to the top.
