i haven't had a relaxer in 7 years . Used this and fell in love . everything smells super good . Afer using everything my hair is well moisturized not dry or brittle at all . definitely will reuse for my touch ups . 10/10 highly recommend if your going from natural to relaxed ✌🏽

I've used this product for years and has great results. From the application to the end results, fabulous! Wish I could purchase just the Recovery Shine Cream w/Coconut oil (step 6) that really keeps the shine and softness lasting until the next application. Or, offer step 6 in a larger pack.  Love this product.

Dark and Lovely Me!

I love this relaxer. It gets my 3c/4a hair straight and it's easy to use. I've used many many relaxers over my 40 years and this one is by far the best one for off the shelf DIY. I really like how it has a post-relax pre-wash treatment to restore my hair immediately after the relaxer does it's thing.

Great for home relaxers

I have been using this product for years It has never let me down  The main thing I love is that even after you relax your hair you can still get a fro by not putting anything in your hair after you dry it other  you can put in your hair your oiling products but if you want to get a fro do not use a gel to hold it down and the next day you can wet it and apply gel if you want it to be straight  Very easy to mix the ingredients and it smells fresh and no off putting odors

I love this perm it it all kinds of things in it  that makes your hair smoothly silky and shiny and its lasts pretty long its one of the best on market.

The person here that this was used on came out beautiful and lovely no disappointments at all I read some of the reviews before purchasing this and I don't know if they got a bad batch of some type of relaxer or perm but I know the person here that this was used on that I personally witnessed them getting this done to their hair it came out very very beautiful gorgeous their hair was very straight looks luxurious you won't be disappointed there's absolutely nothing at all wrong with this relaxing that we purchased or perm whatever you want to call it is nothing wrong with it that hair came out gorgeous with no complaints at all no hair damage or anything I witnesses for myself I picked this up for my friend for her client they have clients of all backgrounds and races and let me tell you the beautiful and gorgeous African American hair looks phenomenal no complaints here at all no Burns no hair falling out none of the sort it just adds to the beauty of the hair that's already beautiful it just enhances their beauty just as clothes and cosmetic and has desired beauty as far as women go we go in general but yeah if you get this you definitely won't be disappointed and follow the steps follow the steps because it didn't leave the hair shiny beautiful glow it's just amazing product to use

NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL THIS PRODUCT WORKS VERY WELL

Needed a regular relaxer for thinning weak hair and with the reviews and ingredients I took a chance and whalah as I'm totally impressed. I think with the added keratin etc I extended the processing time based on texture of the hair after smoothing process. Appreciated the added treatment and leave in lotion as this tremendously added to the softness and lustre. A perfect switch from the usual $7 relaxers. 
WILL BE BUYING FOR FUTURE RELAXERS!

AWESOME BUY! Absolute Satisfaction!!

I've battled my curly hair forever. When I use a regular straightener, it just gets super staticky and dry. I honestly didn't expect this relaxer to work. I went through and highlighted the important parts of each step, because there are a lot! But I let it air dry and its nearly stick straight  (a few places have a hint of curl but nothing the straightener won't take care of) and best of all, its not staticky or frizzy. Soft and smooth. I actually have noce hair for once lolol. Pleasantly surprised and for the price point, you can't go wrong!!!

Actually works!!!

The relaxer is nice and straightens hair well, I absolutely love that it has shampoo color alert as many other products don't and some that used to don't have it anymore either. On the other hand I don't like that the boxes are always damaged at multiple locations at Walmart, they need to do something about it because as much as we pay for the product we deserve a better looking box or discount it by 10%

I ordered my groceries %26 products on Walmart delivery, I was shocked to know that someone actually ok to think that selling this item was acceptable. The box is dirty , torn %26 beaten up. Who would even think it was ok to add to cart. They should've just not sold. I am very disappointed!
