The set up via the app was straightforward and only took a few minutes. It did the job of extending the range of my existing router and giving me more signal throughout the home. I also have it connected to my VoIP phone and saves me from running cables through the home. Hit two birds with one stone.

Excellent extender

Great range extender! Provides fast internet speeds and range throughout my house. Performs great when working from home on video calls. I've had another range extender in the past and it was always giving me troubles (low signal, disconnecting)

Works really well!

If it worked it be great. Good form factor solid build. 

However.It doesn't work, what doesn't work you ask.

After running through the setup the first time it asks if the light is green and if it's not you need to factory reset and try again. Well guess what I had Blinky orange.

Then I found out that the Factory reset button doesn't work. And after messing around with it for an hour I could log into it and factory reset it from the app on my phone.

Then I tried to connect it via WPS but WPS doesn't work, supposed to press the side button when is blinking orange and after 3 seconds it's supposed to blink green until setup is done. No matter how long I held the button it only blinked orange.

I then hooked it up wired and that got me pretty far however still nothing but a Blinky orange light which according to the instructions means it's not working. However it was on my network and I could see it's ip from my network and was apple to log into the web UI via that IP.  It all said it was working but Blinky orange light persisted I managed to update the firmware so it def had Internet however even after firmware was updated still Blinky orange light.

It might be working according to the web UI but the indicator lights on the device suggest it is not & I did not notice any stronger Internet in the corner of the house I was trying to increase signal in.

I have Telus WiFi 6 box and pure fiber Internet, I am also more tech savvy than the average bear... After 3 hours wasted this is going back.

Maybe if you have an existing dlink system it would work... Says it's universally compatible on the box...

Not worth the hassle

This product is very bad, I got the cheaper one which works fine. Then I got this one, because I wanted a stronger one, what a piece of crap. Doesn't work at all, it disconnects every time, Indo not recommend this product. Get the cheaper one $39.99 works way better.
