(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've used other expansion foams trying to keep mice out but they never seem to work. Many are chewed which is absolutely pointless. This foam hasn't been chewed so far and has little odor when applying. It's a great investment in protecting your home or trailer from unwanted critters. We used it on some openings in our trailer too so it's very versatile. I would highly recommend it.

Keep mice out

This stuff is great at sealing gaps and holes. You don't need that much. Rather fill a bit and go back than to overfill. I'd give it 5 stars if it was not for how messy this can get and sticks to EVERYTHING like your hands, clothes, shoes, etc. You MUST wear gloves. I wished it had a longer tube as when I bend it to curl underneath areas, more gets wasted by falling on the ground than in the spots I need.

I haven't seen any mice in my home, but with all the local construction, I've noticed more people mentioning rodent problems in the area. To be proactive, I used DAP Mouse Shield Pest Block Foam and went around sealing up any little holes I could find. The foam was easy to apply, expanded well, and hardened quickly. It gives me peace of mind knowing I've taken steps to keep pests out. I can't say for sure how effective it is against mice since I haven't had an issue yet, but it seems like a great preventative measure. Only knocking off one star because I wish the can lasted a bit longer—I went through it faster than expected!

Easy to Use for Peace of Mind

Helped a friend close up holes in their apartment using this free product and we were hoping the instructions would have been a bit more thorough to tell us how much foam to spray so it didn't overfill the holes. Otherwise the product seems to work as intended and we haven't seen any mice back since.

Very foamy and easy to use

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was able to use this product on our camping trailer because when it's parked all winter we almost always get mice! Well not this year!! I was able to fill in all the small places where they could come in and keep them away!! It was easy to use and works really good! 
The spray straw is a bit small and I'm not sure how to clean for reuse or if that's even possible, luckily it came with an extra straw!!

After one-time use the nozzle was glued shut so you can't really use it again.

DAP has another mouse shield foam that contains steel wool (it has a red cap). It'is much better than this one because mice don't eat through steel
