They are very shiny and bright!!  Perfect!
I consider myself WIDE CALF.  I was happily surprised that these one size fits most actually fit me!!
They stayed up without falling down!
The white stripe was a good thing for fit and looks.
I got on sale! 

CONs:
Lots of wrinkles at red areas.  This is probably because I have larger legs. 

Overall:  They worked perfectly and was a great price.

Long and great quality

Looks great but needed double sided tape to keep tips from coming off shoes and to stop it from sliding down

These boot tops look great and definitely match the Wonder Woman costume well. My wife, who's a little on the plus side, was able to wear them comfortably. They were snug, but not uncomfortably so, and she could still move around in them without too much trouble. For a costume piece, they do the job visually and help complete the overall look.

The issue comes with how they fit over shoes. They're a little hard to pull on, and there's no real way to secure the tip of the boot top with the shoe underneath. The only option is to stretch it over the shoe, but after walking around for a while, they tend to ride up and shift out of place. It's not a dealbreaker, but it does make them less practical for wearing over long periods of time.

Overall, these are good for short-term use or for completing the look of a costume, but they definitely could have been designed better to stay put over shoes. If you're planning to wear them for extended events or lots of walking, be prepared to adjust them from time to time.

Nice costume accessory but could use better design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These worked fine. I needed them for a few hours for dress up at work as wonder woman. They were difficult to put on and over my boots. They also had a hard time to stay on, in the front on my boots. I had to keep on adjusting them.

It doesn't look as nice as the photo but it is a good substitute for actual boots. The fabric it is made for will not last long as it is very thin and needs to wrap around your feet. My problem is that it wasn't right enough around my legs so it would often spice down my legs and looks all sad and crinkled. 
Also ha d to shorten the Velcro straps that secure the bottom of your shoe. They were too long. Added safety pins to my shoes too because they kept sliding off the shoe toe.

Bargain!
