When plugging or unplugging the grating ruler sensor and the digital display plug socket, turn off the power.</div><div>2. Add a protective cover as much as possible, and clean up the chips and oil splashed on the ruler in time to strictly prevent any foreign matter from entering the inside of the grating ruler sensor housing.</div><div>3. Regularly check whether the installation connecting screws are loose.</div><div>4. In order to prolong the life of the dust&#8209;proof sealing strip, a thin layer of silicone oil can be evenly coated on the sealing strip, taking care not to splash on the scribed  of the glass grating.</div><div>5. In order to ensure the reliability of the grating scale sensor, the grating scale  and the indicating grating  can be cleaned and wiped with ethanol mixture 50% each at regular intervals to keep the glass grating scale  clean.</div><div>6. The grating ruler sensor is strictly prohibited from violent vibration and beating to avoid damage to the grating ruler. If the grating ruler breaks, the grating ruler sensor will fail.</div><div>7. Do not disassemble the grating scale sensor by yourself, let alone change the relative distance between the main scale and the auxiliary scale arbitrarily, otherwise the accuracy of the grating scale sensor may be damaged on the one hand; on the other hand, the main scale and the auxiliary scale may be damaged. The grating sensor should try to avoid working in a severely corrosive environment, so as not to corrode the  layer of the grating and the  of the grating and damage the quality of the grating. </div>
