Used it to wash off oxidized stain.  Apply and rinse, the hotter the sooner. Washed it off with a $100 pressure washer.  It works.  One tip, wear waterproof goggles.

Purchased this to clean the underside of a two story 450 sq foot deck in preparation for painting.  Mold and mildew has started to grow since there is no sunlight on this area of the deck.  Bleach based products weren't going to work since there are flowers and shrubs in the area.  
This product worked well but in stubborn areas I doubled the dosage.   Cleaning mildew off of treated lumber is not an easy task for any product.  Once I increased the concentration it worked well.   A little scrubbing will make a big difference. 
A gallon goes a long way so even doubling the dose I have plenty left over.

Deck cleaning

I've been looking for a cleaner for my PVC deck membrane for years now. Nothing that I have tried has been really effective and the deck has remained stained from leaves and an overhanging tree. I found this product this year and the results were amazing. The deck membrane doesn't look brand new but it's pretty darn close. Simple Green Oxy Solve Deck will be my go to product from now on.

Great cleaner

It lifted away built-up dirt and grime with little effort, and I liked that it did not have a strong or unpleasant smell. I appreciate how versatile it is, since it works on so many surfaces like wood, metal, concrete, and more, which means I can use it for several outdoor projects. Really works

Simple Green Oxy Solve Deck and Fence Cleaner, I couldn't be happier with the results! I've used plenty of outdoor cleaners, but this one really stands out because it's both effective and easy to use. The formula is powerful enough to cut through years of built up dirt, grime, and even some stubborn stains, but it doesn't have that harsh chemical smell or residue that some other products leave behind. The scent is actually refreshing like you won't get a headache. I used it on my wooden fence, and the difference was night and day. My fence went from looking dull and weathered to bright and refreshed in just one cleaning. The porch deck, which had a lot, so much dirt and some greenish mildew spots, cleaned up beautifully without me having to spend hours scrubbing. I simply applied the solution, let it sit for a short time, and then rinsed with my pressure washer. The oxygen-based formula really lifted away the grime and gave everything a clean, natural, refreshing look. Another thing I love about this cleaner is that it's safer for plants and landscaping. I didn't have to worry about my grass, shrubs, or flowers being damaged during the process. That peace of mind is a huge plus since so many outdoor cleaners are tough on everything else. I put some water in the bucket and just added just a little of the solution. I didn't even have to scrub hard on the porch. Can't wait to do the whole porch and have it looking great. Also there was no strong odor. It's worth the price.

I don't own a pressure washer so I used the manual instructions. The product worked well on the dirt on my wood deck but I had to scrub harder than expected for the moss removal.
