Used it to wash off oxidized stain.  Apply and rinse, the hotter the sooner. Washed it off with a $100 pressure washer.  It works.  One tip, wear waterproof goggles.

It was build up and it was stuck on there we poured a little of the concentrate on the window and it just wiped away. Made the window clear to see through! It takes away build up on the porch too I did a test spot and I was shocked how great this stuff is!

Powerful Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans our plastic deck quickly and efficiently.  Spray on with power washer and wait a couple minutes. Scrub quick with a broom and then power wash off and done. Took less than an hour and looks great.

Whole deck done in under an hour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im in love with this fence cleaner . It works and works awesome, it's fast, a little bit goes a long way ( I use maybe 1 oz) in a plastic disposable cup and fill with water. Then soaked a sponge in it and wiped one board at a time and rinsed with hose after each one. It took about 15 min what in the past took me about 45 min for each section. The stains were removed easily and now I wanna purchase a pressure cleaner to do the job fast and easiest!

I sprayed this on with my powerwash, let it soak for 5 minutes, rinsed, and the siding looks brand new now. So easy to use. No scrubbing necessary. Spray on, let sit, rinse off. Great for mold. It is odorless. Could not be easier or more productive. Love it.

Excellent product

Purchased this to clean the underside of a two story 450 sq foot deck in preparation for painting.  Mold and mildew has started to grow since there is no sunlight on this area of the deck.  Bleach based products weren't going to work since there are flowers and shrubs in the area.  
This product worked well but in stubborn areas I doubled the dosage.   Cleaning mildew off of treated lumber is not an easy task for any product.  Once I increased the concentration it worked well.   A little scrubbing will make a big difference. 
A gallon goes a long way so even doubling the dose I have plenty left over.
