My SIL sent me this after knee replacement surgery.  Once the incision healed, I started using immediately.  At my 2 month follow up, my PA %26 surgeon were impressed at how amazing the wound has healed, asking what I used!  
The gel applies nicely with a  very, very light scent!  Gotta love a product that works!

It's been a month that I've used this product and can tell you that it will greatly reduce the scar appearance, my cut scar looks more like a skin wrinkle now.

I use this for some major injury scars across my body twice per day. Derma E works wonderful and is quite clean. Slow, steady and reliable effect, my scars are slowly blending away into the skin around them. This is my scar gel, wow!

Clean and simple, works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] haven't used it long enough to really see it work but it seems to be softening up the older scars.

When I opened the jar for the first time there was MAYBE a 1/4 of a jar of the cream.  No way this should've been $16.50.

Hardly any product in the jar.
