My wife bought me this set for Christmas and it is genuinely the best tool set I've ever owned. It has just about every tool you would need to do any projects around your house or on the job sight.

I own a corded Dewalt grinder that works great in my shop but when an outlet isn't close by the 20v grinder in this kit has all the power my coded one has! Same goes for the reciprocating and circular saws. I was surprised by the long battery life they have.

Great Kit with lots of POWER!

would give this 5 stars except all the tools that use belt hooks did not have them included.  What a simple item to leave out.

I bought this a mont ago, and very upset, because I do a small task, and the batteries die so fast. I have and old set of theses and I have to used instead.

Batteries die so fast

I purchased a refurb combo set that looked brand new. I was sent replacement batteries when I could not get the batteries to hold a charge. The replacement batteries did not work either. I research the problem on the internet (review articles and YouTube reviews only to find out this is a major problem with the 20 volt lithium ion batteries. I keep waiting for DeWalt to have a recall or a fix. No luck yet. I have 8 and 10 year old 18 volt DeWalt tools that I keep working like new. In the meantime, my 14 month old “like brand new” sits in the corner of my garage taking up space.

I purchased 20v 9-tool combo kit.  I had 2 tools break on me.  The drill broke after being used 3 time.  The right angle drill broke on me during my second time I used it.  I also have been trying to contact them for months to get this resolved.  I have had no luck at all.  There products are made very cheap

Tools broke EASILY

Bought this kit about 3 months ago. Used the DCD771 drill a handful of times for very light work. The drill started smoking and now won't even turn. Now see if Dewalt can replace it. I've had a cheap 18v SKIL drill for about 10 years and still running strong. Really having 2nd thoughts over my expensive "top of the line" DeWalt purchase.
