[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a 3/8" pneumatic impact wrench for light duty uses; my 1/2" wrenches are all fairly heavy (and aren't small).  This one is perfect for that purpose; it's torquey enough for most run of the mill needs, it's small enough to fit in tighter areas, and it's not overly air-thirsty.  The only reason I gave 4 stars for durability is that I haven't owned it for long.

Love this little impact

I bought this in March 2019 used it for around 6 months and the trigger started acting up like it wasn't engaging all the way and had no power and other times it would have full power sent in for repair took almost 2 months to receive replacement and now 5 months later the replacement has the same problem

Trigger Problems

Bought this one new in 2016 from Amazon, I didn't use it much. Now once you connect it to air hose, the air gun spins, specially it happens in cold weather. It is a strong impact gun but spinning makes it impossible to do the job.
