Hi, I unfortunately had to cancel the desk assembly because I was taken to the ER and had emergency open-heart bypass surgery.

Since this was a medical emergency, I wanted to see if it would be possible to either receive a refund or reschedule the service once I recover. I had already paid for the appointment and would really appreciate your help working something out.

Assembly instructions were very good but putting it all together took 2 people over half a day to complete. Love the desk, love the look, and had held up good so far. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about a new desk for their home office.

Many of the holes did not line up and part of the desktop is too short. We went over everything several times and it is almost like the desktop part is just made incorrectly. Otherwise it is a nice looking desk just wasn't made properly so it made putting it together difficult.
