Not too big, not too small, just right for me to take to work. After two weeks of use, my waist did improve significantly, and it wraps around my legs, hands, etc. Great range of use!

Right now, I haven't used this enough to see the long term results, and that is the only reason why I have rated this 4 stars.  It definitely has helped relax muscles in my lower back.  My husband has used this for knee pain, as well as occasional ankle pain.  It does have a warmth that is emitted from the light, but not too hot on bare skin.  The price is really great for a Red Light/NIR device.

Don't hesitate to give this a try!

I just want it to turn on and work. Too complicated to use for something that shouldn't be complicated.
