Terrible experience. So I thought I was smart about choosing this couch. I read the reviews both good and bad and figured the good outweighed the bad. I wish that was the case here. Talk about frustrating process. 

Mistake 1:
The couch was delivered to my apartment next to my front door. So I struggled to even push it in to my apartment. 

Mistake 2:
After struggling I began to assemble the couch. Step 2 I was met with problems. The metal piece that is to connect the back of the couch with the arm rest was severely warped. I couldn't get it to attach at all. So I attempted to correct the warp, spent at least an hour trying to fit it on to no avail. 

Unfortunately for me, there was nothing else I could do. I'm not sure if ordered expert assembly would have even been of benefit seeing how bad the piece was warped. 

I will be returning and never purchasing furniture from here again.

mine was already damaged when i took them out of the box to assemble. dried muddy shoe prints all over. one was ripped.

It does the job, but given the chance again to buy I think I would pass. The cushions have a tendency to push out from the frame. I believe the company new before hand that this is a problem area and decided to attempt to correct it through the use of Velcro underneath the seat cushions in an attempt to correct it. However I do believe the attempt fell short of its goal.

Adequate fixes needed that stand the test of time.

I love my couch!!!! I'm not going to lie, I was so nervous about buying this couch but it turned out to be everything I wanted. It's a bit small but that doesn't bother me since our living room is small

I love my couch!

I dislike that it's cheaply made. I didn't know this was a listed as a “sectional futon” cause that's what the box says. One of the pieces (back piece) that screwed in was like a half inch off the ground. I ended up putting it together myself. It took like 35 mins. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this. I ordered my 1st couch from Walmart 6 years ago and it lasted me. So I was hoping this one was going to be compared to that one. I just feel like it's gonna make noise every time I get up. The way that the front part is attached to just some hardware is crazy. I wish it was more secure. 
I will say that I do like how easy it was to put together. And I wish that the back leg was like the others instead of the metal one.

It's a 50/50 with me.

Very comfortable, soft, and beautiful couch. It was really easy to put together and even came early. Its very affordable and small space friendly and easy to clean and maintain.

Hope this helps someone. Buy it!! I was skeptical at first with people saying it was uncomfortable and noisy and it is NOT. It is a firm couch but both my boyfriend and I have fallen asleep on it countless times, it is comfy! It is a $400 couch so you have to understand that the quality isn't top of the line but it is worth it! We were on a budget and our apartment is small and we wanted something very specific and modern and this hit all the marks! It's super soft and super black. The only con I can think of is that it's wrinkled. and the chaise is still visibly wrinkled after a few months, that's it, not a deal breaker to us! We love it!
