This futon arrives in a single box which is very heavy. i unboxed and assembled it myself, but I would strongly recommend getting a friend to help. i purchased this futon because it is longer than most (71 inches) and has a 600-pound capacity due to a third set of legs in the middle. The fabric and cushions are good quality, and for the price it was an exceptional value.

The futon is a bit heavy in the box. Assembly was easy enough for me (42 yr old female) to get it assembled in about 5-10 minutes. once assembled I did need help to pick it up and place it where I wanted it. its really easy to go from couch to bed position. As for the mattress part, its firm but not where it hurts or is uncomfortable to lay on. The material and quality feel great and i feel overall this was a great deal for the price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This futon is beautiful! The leather is so nice and it was so easy to assemble...just screw in the legs and wa-la!  It looks amazing under my daughters silver loft bed also purchased from Walmart .com.   I can't believe the price for a leather futon!  We haven't used t as a bed yet and it's in between a single and a full so I'm not exactly sure about sheets.  I guess full size would be the best option. It has the click-clack system for lowering it to a bed which is so easy and Rachel side is separate which is a cool portion for laying down a pet or baby for a nap while you sit up and read etc..on the other side.  Love it!

Great Futon

This was shipped on time. I followed the instructions and was able to get it assembled in 15 minutes, all nuts/bolts/tool were included.  This piece is modern, clean, nice navy color (fabric quality is decent for the price), not bulky. I like how easy it is to adjust the back to the different angles. My guest slept on this for 2 days straight and said it was comfortable. The cushion is firm, so I wouldn't recommend using this piece as a long-term/main sleeping option.  If you're looking for modern, straight lines, not bulky seating or sleeping option for guest for an affordable price, this is a great option.

Affordable and comfortable for the price

It's a nice, firm futon and matches the picture well.

However, when I selected it, the site said it would arrive by 8/12.  After I purchased it, the site amended it to 8/12-14, and it arrived on 8/15. While the shipping company bears the responsibility for that later arrival, part of my decision to purchase was the advertised date, and Walmart changed that.

We bought this for our guest room, so I can't vouch for how comfortable it is, but it looks awesome. We had friends stay the night and they said it was ok. Sitting on it, it is firm but feel good. Easy to assemble, I had it put together in 30 minutes.

Does the Job Just Right

I bought a model of this futon 2 years ago and loved it. Unfortunately I had to let it go when I moved across the country. Because I fell in love with it before I decided to purchase it again for my new apartment. I bought it online because I was confident in my purchase...or so I thought...

Seems like in the last 2 years they decided to change it up a bit and not for the better. It overall is the same futon EXCEPT that the padding is much harder and stiffer than the one I bought 2 years ago. The difference is noticeable. Previously it was soft and lovely to sit on...now it just feels like you are sitting on the floor and against a hard wall. If I were you I would go take a look at it in person and see if you like it yourself. As for me, my mind has changed.

Not the same...

For starters, this thing showed up with the film coming off the bottom of it. One of the bags with the beads to keep bugs out burst and they got all over the place when I opened the box. The center where the two sides and bottom half meet are not cushioned well at all. So youre laying on the hard wood smack in the middle of the futon. Its also not all that cushiony to begin with. Like you have to position yourself right on a cushion to feel the plush of it. Its okay for a short nap maybe. But not a good nights sleep.

Love the fact it's came so quickly, it was neatly packaged and very easy to assembly. Easily converts into a sleeper with out too much fuss. It looks nice & matches the look I'm going for, but it's definitely not the most comfortable thing to sleep on. I put a extra long twin mattress topper on it for when I use it as sleeper, but it's vey inconvenient to have to do that every time. Also, I would not recommend this sofa to anyone with kids as it does mark vey easily (I have it in white).  It sits low to the ground so can be a bit challenging for anyone who can't get up & down very easy.

Nice looking futon, not the most comfortable

was delivered three days late box had holes in it.  When I set it up noticed a hole in it.  So now I have to find something to repair it with.  I like the look not sure how sleeping on it will be feels a little hard but all in all I do like the look and feel of it.

Mine just came yesterday. Not happy. I go it because I was looking for a more soft futon and some of these reviews had that. WRONG. It's hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention when folded flat, my son who is 5'7 and 145 lbs takes up a lot of it. The material on the back is very thin and flimsy and the navy linen looks like an old school jean jacket color in person. So bummed this turned out to be so hard and not worth the money
