This bunk bed is wonderful - it has a modern look and the ladders do not take up floor space. very spacious and you can sit up on the bottom bunk so you won't hit your head. The only downside were the bars for the ladder, they were hurting my daughter's feet ( a bit uncomfortable) so we just went to home depot and purchased 1 bag of  about 1-2 inch weather foam tape, which has an adhesive on the back, and cut it into the same size as the bars (took less then 3 minutes to do), and placed it on the steps/ladder bars. It was perfect!

I really thought I might have thrown 150 down the drain but THIS BUNK BED!! It is sturdy, easy to assemble, fits a queen mattress on bottom, does not rattle or give the wretched metal on metal noise, and the spacing from floor to ceiling is perfect. Thinking about buying another one for my other two kiddos to grow into.

I bought this bed for my 15 year daughter to give her more space in her room. This bed looks great and fits perfectly. The assembly was extremely easy due to all the parts and tools I needed were included. The instructions were easy to follow. It took less than an hour to put together. This is a Very sturdy bed. You have plenty of head room on the bottom bunk. You can actually sit up on the bottom bunk and still have room above. I had two queen size mattresses already and I did not want to purchase new mattresses for this full size bed. (Would have been nice if this bed came in a Queen size) It took some doing and I had to leave the top bunk's rail off the side of the bed that is by the wall but I was able to squeeze the queen size mattresses in. A Very tight fit, but I did it. My Daughter loves this bed.

Amazing Bed and a Great Value

Very nice bunk-beds, especially considering the price. Far cheaper than most and looks really nice. My only complaint would be that if someone is climbing up the latter, the whole unit is a little wobbly. If someone was sleeping in the bottom, it would most likely wake them up. Then again, I'm about 200 lbs...so if it was for kids or smaller people, this might not be the case.

Great value, but a little wobbly

Purchased this item for my kids room. Assembly was very easy only took 2 people (myself and my 13 year old). Assembled in less than an hour. Definitely, recommend a bunk board or plywood to frame out mattress and ease the weight on the "plastic" springs. It's only been a few days but overall you get what you pay for. Not recommended for jumping or horse playing.

Space Saver

The frame was easy to put together but that top bunk makes me a little nervous. It's very wobbly so i keep checking the screws you make sure none come loose and if so my husband can tighten them up before something crazy happens. Other than that it is a nice bed for the cost

I was looking for a full size bunk bed for my boys room, the storm Ida flooded our basement which was their rooms so for now they need to share. I was looking for something inexpensive due to budget issues and trusted the ratings on this bed. The positive is that you really save space and both kids have room to stretch and move, it also looks nice when built. However, the bed is extremely wobbly and it makes me nervous when they sleep. The ladder is extremely uncomfortable so I wrapped Sherlin on it to make it easier to go up and down. The opening for the ladder is extremely tight so one must go down laying on their belly and slide down, I got stuck trying it out. Overall you get what you pay for! I wouldn't recommend this bed if you have older kids with more weight, or if you get anxiety because I wake up making sure they are ok and I shouldn't do that with a 15 and 13 year old. If anyone has any recommendations on how to make it sturdier I would gladly appreciate it. I did, however, hang shower curtains around the bottom bunk for privacy and made it look really cool, just a suggestion. So once again if anyone has any tips on how to make this bed less wobbly this anxious single mom would greatly appreciate it.

Honest response from a not so pleased customer.

The wrongs on the ladder are very small and painful to walk on. Putting it together was an absolute nightmare and even though it says heavy duty, it feels very fragile. This bed is a piece of crap I would give it more stars if it didn't creak every time my kids move I wish I could send it back for a refund we have to purchase another bed

For the money, the reviews on here sounded too good to be true. I should have trusted my instincts. Putting this together wasn't too hard. However, within 5 days the top bunk started to buckle for someone who weighs less than 200lbs. The top bunk is rated at 300lbs.  Within 10 days the bottom bunk rated at 400lbs was buckling for someone under 200lbs. This could have resulted in serious injury to someone had it collapsed. When attempting to take this apart to send it back we were unable to get the screws out. Luckily I called Walmart and explained the problem. Walmart provided a full refund without needing to return the bunks to the store. However, I am out the money to have someone hall this away for me.  See photos. It's hard to see but even the center main support is buckled in the middle. This bunk is 6 feet long without putting it together in the box. Trust me don't waste your time. Even a return is going to be a hasstle.
