Smell

After receiveing Samples of DHS from Doctor Cirelli my Dermatologist, the DHS was working to heal my head from the Eczema. As a child I had the Eczema and the parents of one of my Uncles parents. My Uncles Parents were from Ceria and gave my Parents a container of Tar. It worked so good, that the was the first return of the Eczema after 85 years.

This is the only product that I've been able to use that gave me relief for two whole days-  that's 48 hours without itching! What an amazing product! Hats off to the creators. Thank you for  making something that helps to calm my dermatitis without all the other unnecessary ingredients like fragrance or oils that create such a problem for folx with skin conditions. This product was recommended by a physician as it has no fragrance added that might cause allergic reactions.  It worked well.  We would purchase this product again.

DHS tar shampoo

Great shampoo for my scalp

The smell is definitely medicinal and no matter how much fru fru conditioner you put on or fragrance afterwards the shampoo smell lingers.... but... if you have a psoriasis flair up it will get it under control. Mine was better after one use! Would recommend to get scalp issues I'm check quickly

It works

One of the products that disappeared during COVID was a dandruff shampoo that contained 1% coal tar.  The ingredient that worked.  It disappeared forever.  Can't even remember the brand.  This was the closest thing to it that we could find.  It's amazing how many products that worked so well are gone forever.

The only thing left that works well

It took awhile, but it was only shampoo currently available to treat severe psoriasis of the scalp. We have tried many. Also, need a tar gel after shapoo to work the best.

It worked...

I used it twice and nothing happened. After the third use it seemed to be helping my scalp itch. I'm not sure if it is the shampoo or maybe I'm avoiding the irritants or cause of my itch. It seems to work. The smell is bareable.
