Ordered White "Large", but the color received was green and it was very small. I am petite 5'0" and weigh 100 pounds and it is tight on my arm, so I don't consider that a large.  We have been taking care of sick parents so I didn't have time to contact the seller and request a refund.  All that being said, it is nice quality and I do believe it would be a good protector for heel or elbow if you can get the right size.

The idea is great and the construction good.  The problem is the size and color.  I ordered XL in white.  I got green and while it said XL  my wife and I together  couldn't get the thing on my arm.  I think it was an XL for Hobits instead of humans.  I took out the padding and sewed it into one of my sweat socks.  Now it works pretty well.  I  won't make this mistake again.
