Headlights came when promised, but the passenger headlight points way out to the right and there is NO way to adjust them horizontally, only vertically.  No way to fix, even took them to a Chevy service center and they say there is nothing they can do to fix it

These headlights are dangerous and should not be even on the market! 
The low beams you barely have four feet ahead of you of light before it's pitch black and high beams looks like you have two flashlights, these are dangerous to have in your vehicle, they will get you into an automobile accident, so beware! Because they do not work!
