<p>Features:<br />General Mode: In this mode, the preheat pulse width, pulse width interval and main pulse width are fixed, and the parameters can be adjusted manually.<br />Intelligent mode: In intelligent mode, the device will dynamically adjust the output pulse width according to the set output energy and output current, which can avoid the need to constantly adjust the output parameters according to the change of battery power in the process of using in the general-purpose mode. At the same time, the device also provides reference output energy parameters according to a variety of application scenarios, while the user can adjust the parameters according to the actual effect, the parameters will be automatically saved.<br />Preheat pulse:Before the main pulse, usually set to 1-10MS (depending on the thickness of the material).<br />Its function is to increase the local temperature of the welded joint (mainly refers to the metal sheet), so that it closely fits the weldment and achieves a better joint effect.<br />Main pulse: After the preheating pulse, a main pulse is output, which rapidly releases high energy, making the welded joints melt locally and combine with the joints.<br />Interval time: the interval time between the preheat pulse and the main pulse reduces the continuous output time and prevents the output power from being too high and the welding n-eedle from overheating.<br />Continuous point number: the number of times of the same welding output, can be used to strengthen the welded joints, the default is 1, the welding of thicker workpieces can be appropriately increased the number of continuous point, but it can not break through the limit of the thickness of the weldable.<br />Short-circuit protection: In the process of using the equipment, if two pens accidentally touch each other, the output will be much larger than the normal spot welding.<br />Will output far more than the normal spot welding current, will not only produce sparks, damage to the pen n-eedle, affect the battery life will lead to serious damage to the equipment. The short-circuit protection function detects overcurrent at the moment of pen tip touching and stops the spot welding output immediately to avoid damaging the equipment.<br />Note: This function can be set on or off in the general mode, and the short circuit detection current value can be adjusted in the setting interface.<br />Temperature protection: the device internal integrated temperature detection system, when the temperature is detected to be too high in order to prevent damage to the equipment overheating, will open the temperature protection, prohibit the spot welding output when the temperature is lower than the protection threshold protection is lifted; (the temperature protection threshold).<br />(The temperature protection threshold can be set, to e-nsure the safe use of the equipment, it is recommended to keep the default value of 60
