Very high quality trimmer at this price point! Mostly metal parts, with a self-sharpening roller blade and a simple yet effective clamp to hold the material being cut and keep it from sliding. 
I use it for cutting down large format photo film and it's accurate and safe to use in the dark room. Very nice trimmer.
