I ordered 2 lamps. One assembled perfectly. 
Second one came without a washer. To make the lamp stable I must go to a hardware store to find the right size washer.

Cheap and unstable.  And when used with a wall switch, you can't just turn it back on unless you go tap on each individual light.  Horrible.
