I love this plant-based butter. I am not a vegan or vegetarian. That said, I decided I can do my very small part for animals and the enviroment by buying this and other vegan product. It's all I buy now -- no regular butter. I feed it to company when they come for lunch or dinner. They don't notice a thing even when it's spread on bread with nothing else on top.

[Employee of walmartcanada] This product is great.  You can keep it the fridge and it will not be so hard that you cannot spread it on bread.  It taste good and not too salty.  Whenever it goes on sale I buy a few extra.

Made cookies with them. They end up a bit softer than with butter but coworkers didn't notice a taste difference.

More margarine than butter and I thought it was real butter but its the taste of margarine.

this contains 55% palm oil.....yes it's a 'plant', but so terribly unhealthy,  and the biggest reason our rainforests are being destroyed !

So very sad. Do the planet a favour & ditch the palm oil! Yes, everyone knows it's preferred for all products that want things to last forever, whether on the shelf or in the fridge. And everyone who avoids it (me) knows it's obtained from trees in the Amazon rainforest. Which are destroyed, and all the biodiversity that goes with it. I freeze real butter when I buy extra. You could with this too if you want to buy in bulk. I stopped buying Vegan Becel in the tub when I realized it contained palm oil. Was so hoping this product wouldn't have it. NOT.
