Excellent chestnut product.  I would highly recommend it.  No need to peel the chestnuts.  Great snack.

Organic Chestnuts

Excellent product.  We tried to roast fresh chestnuts but nothing we did was right and they were ruined.  We gave up on the idea of having tasty chestnuts.  Then we found the Dan-D-Pak Organic Chestnuts at Walmart and our taste buds were completely satisfied.  We intend to have them at a large dinner for 40 people and we are sure everyone will be pleased with them.  Thank you Walmart.

Awesome snack

Fresh imported chestnut is always better but we only have them in Oct/Now here in Canada.  These packaged organic chestnuts are great for the rest of the year.  Great snack.

Received product earlier than promised. Wish the product is carried in the store or product can be shipped to and picked up at the store. Paying for shipping make the product expensive.

My perfect snack

Ready to eat or cook with. Convenient packaging that is not resealable. Although, because of the very nature of the product's moist and slightly sticky interior, the bag sticks to itself and seals that way. Bonus!

I purchased these months ago. I bought two packages. I absolutely love chestnuts. Unfortunately these were the worst Chestnuts I've ever tasted. I kept trying different ones in the package thinking maybe I just had a bad package. We opened the other package.  I had my husband try them.  He spit them out.  He agreed with me. They were horrible! They left a funny after taste in your mouth.  I will definitely not purchase these again.
