This mini refrigerator replaced another brand of refrigerator that couldn't maintain a constant temperature and, although being of the same size of this new Danby, it held much less food. The Danby maintains the set temperature well, has good storage space and looks substantial.

Impressive little fridge

This was an almost identical replacement for my previous Danby mini-fridge of 11 years. Works great with a temperature of 35 degrees F at medium setting. I like the updated black interior with LED lighting too. Not sure how well the polished chrome plastic handle will hold up over time, but for now it looks and works great.

Fits the space under our bar perfectly. The silver color is quite attractive, and the black interior is very nice too.

Key information is so hard to find before purchasing items like this.  For instance, this refrigerator requires a minimum of 5 inches of rear clearance.  Most installations will not allow for a 5 inch gap between fridge and wall.  

Other than that piece of critical information, fridge is fine.  Switching door from right to left required only a screwdriver and 15 minutes, using provided instructions.  Fridge looks good and is very quiet (I never hear it run).

Fabulous mini fridge, lots of room, well built ( love the retro look ), quiet, would definitely recommend.  Only thing I would change is the thermostat dial, it is hard to see setting and hard to turn ( it's awful).

Danby 4.4 retro mini fridge

I picked up my new Danby 4.5 cubic fridge in red.  Love the color and it is the perfect size the spot in my garage for extra cold storage.  We will see how it performs.

Love this little fridge!  My only complaint is that it came dented which was a bummer.  We decided to keep it anyway though because I know if we send it back or return it to the store they will just send it to the dump.  I figured we ought to just keep it instead of adding more to the local landfill.  

The bottom line is it works and looks good.  The bad is the packaging doesn't protect the unit as it should and from reading other reviews a dent in the top corner is common.

Great little fridge for outside pool area

This fridge is made well and looks nice, but the odd thing about it, is on the front "feet". One is an adjustable screw in foot and the other is a stationary piece of plastic. In my mind, both front feet should be adjustable. There is a back and forth wobble to it that I find annoying... I will have to shim up the stationary piece so I can get it to properly level. It is a good fridge but has that odd design flaw, IMAO.

Nice fridge

Great look inside and outside , first one i ordered came damage from light switch (light wouldnât turn on when door was open), second one arrived good , only problem for both was temp , each shelf has different temp , i temped all around each shelf front and back.
