Great delivery via Canpar,driver was professional and helpful. Heavy item made it to the door without any damage. Arrival time was  two days early. Updated daily via email.

To our surprise it arrived earlier for pick-up. 
Reasonably priced so far so good. The installation was easy did ourselves. The cooling is good the noise level reasonable .

Danby new Ac

Like any other product or appliance to buy, one would normally ask around or the most common thing is, would 'Google' it.  Buying AC unit is not that easy and many things are to consider like; cost, durability, efficiency, etc., and then compare it with hundreds out there in the market.  So far, this Danby 12000 BTU AC is performing very well. I tried all mode settings and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. The 'auto' setting, I would say is my favorite, like the popular ads would say, "set it and forget it".  Overall, this is a highly recommended product, just adjust your buying choice, by choosing higher BTUs for bigger room coverage.

Delivery to the store with an internet purchase. The box was all broken. The air conditioner had damaged plastic parts. We had to re-assemble them before using it. I do not recommend Walmart delivery. The air conditioner works well. Good purchase

Correct product, poor delivery

Delivered fairly quick and works great! 
Only issue I have is the digital screen, the lights are bright blue and lights up the entire bedroom so I have to cover it with tape to get any sleep.

Great AC Just 1 Issue

Arrived on date and time said. Works great well packaged to protect from damage. They brought it out to my vehicle. Had to wait at the front desk for a bit but i did show up unexpected.

Online purchase

Haven't connected unit yet so can't comment on performance,however delivery was a problem for me It was left on porch unannounced.I am handicapped so had to get neighbour to bring in front entrance.Unit weighs 70 lbs .Delivery people should be told to announce arrival and bring inside if required.

Delivery problem

This would have been a good review but it was dented when it arrived. I questioned whether of not to send it back but the packaging was pretty much destroyed when we tried to get it out so we had to make it work. It made a weird clicking sound which was incredibly annoying then suddenly there was a loud clunk and now it works pretty good.. my biggest gripe is that it arrived clearly damaged.

Dented product

The unit came damaged. It was very unfortunate that we noticed this damage while installing the unit in house. I already hired a installer and it was too late for me to do anything.

You people sending items out to your customers without prior inspection of the condition of unit

Air conditioner came out of the box damaged. Had to return and purchase a different brand. There were dents on the actual frame of the unit and the back of the air conditioner was all torn up.
