Great little freezer. Fits in nicely to our limited space in the downstairs area . The capacity of the freezer area is just perfect for our family of 2. Very quiet compressor. Meets all specifications that was advertised.

This Freezer is very compact and has plenty of space I bought 2 stackable plastic containers 12 inch by 12 inch to help with organizing 
Very pleased with the size

Very compact

Reluctantly just purchased a second one of these after the first one failed after only 31 years of continuous use. I should also mention that the unit was installed in a cabin in the near North and was subjected to the dirtiest electricity available and at least monthly power failures and spikes. Also we had to power it off a generator to keep things frozen during multi day outages from time to time. So if you're willing to accept the fairly short life cycle of just over three decades, this is a god unit and I recommend it. I'll review the second one when it fails if I live long enough.

this maybe hard to believe but we replace with another Danby Product the last one lasted 36 years which is unheard of....but we took care of it, I don't expect this to last 36 years but we hope so...

Another Danby Freezer

We just moved into a condo from our house so had to downsize a lot! Got this smaller freezer and it is just what we needed! I have one drawback,wish it had a light in it! 
Otherwise very happy with our purchase! Seems to be working just fine!

This unit is quiet.
This unit is a energy star appliance.
This unit is in a pretty fair price range
Cons:
This unit only can only be adjusted on one side of the unit for levelling .
This unit does not come with inner light.
This unit lid is a bit light, would be better if its heavier.

Danby Chest Freezer - Pros & Cons

Freezer is compact and working, but it came in with the top right corner damaged... We already through out the packaging as we were expecting the product to be new and no damages, however, Walmart isn't flexible with return or exchange if we don't put it back to the original packaging.
