I love my microwave so much it is realy works great and i recommended for any body looking for great microwave with reasonable price , i had bought last year and is the same nothing has changed and bought it after abig search on internet and my personal experience with panasonic danby was the best of all even i noticed that it is heavy duty imean you will find it in offices, school, café where are a lot of people using it, believe me dont hesitate to buy it

Danby DMW111KPSSDD is the only all stainless steel microwave for counter applications. We love it. Recommend following design improvements. 1) Add quick minute button for convenience where user can touch multiple times to increment up for more minutes. 2) Make the door button easier to open (button doesn't always open door). Otherwise, this is the best microwave with all stainless steel inside and outside.

Excellent Microwave Stainless Steel Inside-Out

It's just the right size and power for us. It's also very easy to clean and easy to use. We mostly just heat things up and occasionally cook a potato. It's been a year and I'm hoping it lasts longer than my previous microwaves of other brands which gave out after 3-5 years.

Good Microwave

Attractive good size microwave, stainless inside and out with lit interior during operation and when putting items in. Has a pull handle not buttons to open and a number of quick controls including beverage, defrost and the important and daily used kitchen timer. Fits nicely on a standard microwave stand. Item came with 15 month manufactures warranty, added to the selling features of this oven. It is used on a daily basis and continues to work well.

I have had this microwave for over a year, use it daily and no problems ever. I was hesitant to buy at first because I wasn't familiar with Danby and the microwave was so inexpensive. My fears were completely unfounded and recommend this appliance to anyone needing a new microwave oven.

Excellent Microwave!

Happy with this product. Looks good and works fine. Only negative is that their is no buton that has a quick start of 30 seconds like all other units. You have to manually key in the time you want.

Lovely addition to kitchen with its all SS exterior and SS inside compartment. Works well and easy to clean. Only 2 exceptions: the combined start/end button makes it difficult to use and after extended microwave time, the inside walls are wet and require wiping out.

Danby Designer #DMW111KPSSDD - microwave

The oven performs its basic function well; cooking food and heating liquids. The large handle is greatly appreciated. It makes opening the oven so much easier than the push-button release one often finds on other makes and models. However, there is room for improvement. The keypad wore out very quickly. It is still usable but it is a little unsightly. It would be helpful if the kitchen timer worked independently of the oven function. Further, it is hard to see food in the oven as it is too dark inside. It would be helpful if the oven worked with both imperial and metric measurements. A butter softening function would be appreciated. We have had this oven for about a year.

Cooks Food Well

The first one failed so the appliance store did replace it. Reserving judgment on this one to see how it holds up. I use a microwave for most of my cooking as I'm usually by myself at meal times so need to have a reliable microwave. Had never used Danby before so am not sure how they stand up in quality. Would recommend with reservations.

Danby microwave

The Microwave arrived badly damaged. It was packaged only in its display package with nothing else to protect it while being shipped. Other companies use a second box and extra cushion. I was left with the choice of returning it to the nearest store or wait 3 weeks to get my money back. The refund did not include shipping and handling charge.
