We wanted a small fridge for beverages only. the original Danby we had lasted 16 years but would ice up and had limited beverage capability.
This unit is self defrosting in the same price range as a fridge with a freezer compartment bu holds a large amount of beverage.

Great beverage fridge at reasonable price

Bought this fridge to replace the same model that I'd purchased four years ago (which wasn't staying quite cold enough to keep dairy fresh anymore). The fridge is really user-friendly with the auto-defrost and functions as the main fridge for a small apartment. Walmart had the fastest delivery time of anywhere online, and actually arrived within three days - including a holiday.

Good fridge for smaller apartments

I'm very pleased with this little fridge, it is nicely finished, runs quietly, and maintains the set temperature of 4 degrees. This is my second fridge from Danby, they have proven to be reliable.

Have bought this fridge, in the past for under our island as an extra fridge, and the Danby is a solid unit.
This is the 2nd one in the last 10-15 years, and would not buy anything else. It holds up very well.

Nice Little Fridge!

Works well for items that don't produce moisture. Lots of water accumulates and forms ice with fruits and veggies. I use it when I have company and need to keep drinks or covered dishes cold.

Good for it's purpose

We purchased this refrigerator without an internal icemaker or freezer. We paired it with an upright freezer by Frigidaire. The refrigerator was recommended to us by our local appliance dealer which we have been dealing with for the last 55 years. We are very pleased with the unit so far, but have not loaded it with food yet, as we are awaiting it to reach temperature. It appears that within three hours or so, with the cool setting at about 11 o'clock, it reaches a box temperature of 37°F. The only issue we may have is that the section in the door that contains shelves called Canstors, for us is really not usable. I called the company and asked if there was a replacement either by a third-party, or by Danby, to make better use of that area, and the answer was there is not. All of their units have this Canstor door liner. Other than that, it appears to be a very nice, small refrigerator, certainly big enough to use as a second fridge for two elderly folks.

Small second fridge with plenty of storage. Initially, very good cooling capabilities. No freezer or ice making capabilities.

This all-refrigerator is well appointed with shelves and door bins, which makes for less open-door time (easier to find what you want). My unit, however, can just barely get the bottom (coldest) shelf below 40 deg. F., when set as low as it goes. This in a cool room, with plenty of air space around it, and not jammed full.

The service from Walmart.com is, as always, superb.

Fridge worked as expected, however it came damaged. I fixed it rather than the hassle of returning.

Good sized Bar Fridge

Since I already have a chest freezer, I was really excited to find this all refrigerator option (additionally the tiny freezer in mini fridges is really not too useful :)). This arrived well packaged and quicker than expected (so happy with delivery). We waited 24 hrs before plugging in and ran fine but next day temp. didn't seem to be very cold ( I used 2 different thermometers) . I did all the troubleshooting things (plenty of space around it, dial turned up, etc..) but the coldest temp I could get was 41-42 degrees. Unfortunately this isn't cold enough for me to store extra milk and other perishables and like drinks a bit colder. Other than the temperature issue, everything else was great but am going to return and purchase one with a small freezer (don't want one with a freezer but seems the "useless" freezer does help get the fridge colder (per many comments of others I read)). Unfortunate because otherwise I loved this mini fridge :(
