I have been using #393 Auburn for years and very happy with my results. I recommend this product to a lot of people. In fact I receive compliments on my hair all the time and ALWAYS take the time to provide info on my best hair color for I don't even remember how long. People can't believe that it's not a permanent hair color. I've been doing my own hair for a long time now and even I am still amazed by my results, specially just permed/touched up. I have very long hair so I am grateful that that it's not expensive because I would spend a fortune (I don't have)  Please don't change the formula This is my very first review.

styling in brilliant color

I ordered relax and perm on same day. Reviving colors and this is not what I ordered it is   reviving colors but not perm and dye on the same day

NOT GOOD

Buyer Beware!! At first, I was thrilled to find this because I think this item is discontinued and in short supply. First red flag, box was old. The packaging has been updated with a new picture and design, but I received the old box. When I opened the box, there was half a bottle of color and a dried-out package of conditioner. Item appears to already have been used. SO disappointed, so BUYER BEWARE!!!

It was not the brown-red that is auburn. It was Ronald McDonald red or Raggety Ann red. Just awful! It also dripped, and stained my skin for days.

L they was so old that the leave in conditioner was dry and six of them had the wrong color and some of the bottles were flat. I am very disappointed and I want them replaced.
