I tried the Berry Burgundy color to go for something bold. I looked on the box matching my hair color and was pleased so I bought it. I should've kept walking. The color did nothing! I left it in for 30 minutes and nothing. My hair is the same color it was before I started the process. That's money I'm never going to get back.

I bought color 373 Brown Sable and I followed the instructions very carefully which was very EASY.
After rinsing my hair, my hair wasn't brown at all.
My hair was pure BLACK!
Even my Grays were jet black, perhaps the company accidentally packed black dye in the box instead of brown.
Also, since using this product my hair is SUPER DRY and my scalp is SO ITCHY.
I did a deep conditioning treatment, but my hair is still dry.

Bad Product

I bought the black hair dye today but I guess it died because after dying my hair, eyebrows, facial hair, and armpits, and leaving it in for over half an hour, it didn't do anything. i loved how it looked while it was setting and I left it set longer than it needed to like I always do to make sure it's nice and dark. well I'm still light brown and this is the first and last time I try this brand.
