Very pleased with this purchase. Arrived exactly as described in the description %26 arrived one day early. The tone of the chimes are very soft %26 relaxing. The chime is made of good quality material, hasn't rusted or faded while outside. I would recommend buying this chime %26 other chimes from this distributor. Also need to add the price was very reasonable.

Unlike some reviews, my wind chimes were very well packaged. No problem at all with knots or tangles. Love them and the soft chime they make. So I bought a second one.

These are so awesome, have a very beautiful chime to them.

I really like the design and sounds - but the strings attaching the components are not securely attached and some of the knots came untied within a couple of days.

Had assembly issue

Package arrived a little torn but the box was intact. The wind chimes are a little smaller than what I expected but very cute.

Ever since receiving, I have been trying to get a big knot freed. My daughter finally came and tried for more than an hour. I cannot hang it all knotted up. Can I return it?

Not usable

Even though this chime has a nice ring to it, it arrived all tangled up. It is going to take hours, it I am lucky. The packers need to figure a way to ship these without them getting all messed up.
