I purchased several radiant heaters to determine which one I liked best. This one, by far, performed the best. It heats pretty quickly and the heat is consistent. Love the fact that the wheels just flip. Nothing to attach or to assembly. Easy to move from room to room. Totally recommend it.

I love it. Silent, consistent, whole room comfort. I can't get these qualities from a forced air space heater. The radiant heat is exactly what I needed for my home office.

I am loving my new Delonghi heater. It is ready to use right out of the box. It has 3 settings and heats up quickly, with a nice, even heat. It is compact and easy to move from room to room if needed. I have this one in my daughter's room, and plan on buying another one for my bedroom.

Great heater

A bit smaller than my old heater, this one is just as powerful. Some older reviews mention a remote, but this model doesn't have one. My old heater had a temperature display, so this one took some time to get used to. After trying different settings, it now works like a charm, making winter much more bearable.

Compact and powerful

Unfortunately the item is not as stable as my previous deLonghi heater. Pity. The minute I took it from the box to the floor, it wobbled. Not a good sign. I never had to think about what your literature worned about w this one.

Longtime owner of deLonghi heater

Recently purchased our second one after the original we had for several years had problems with the electric plug getting noticeably hot.   We only used the new one a few times and I happened to unplug it to move to another side of the room and the electric plug nearly burned my fingers.  The plug was noticeably melted too.  Note that we kept the setting on only 1 or 2 because we only needed a light amount of heat in our bedroom.   Really disappointed and looking at another brand.

Purchased again and disappointed in this new model

Worked properly for under a year in my child's room (this is California, so we only used it for a few months)... then it lost heating power and started sparking. (Literally, we could hear pops and see flashes.)  By the time I asked my son what the pops were, and he told me the heater had been doing that for a while.the heater was just at a year old, so out of warranty.  Basically, this is a piece of very dangerous garbage.
