Works perfect with my DeLonghi coffee machine....
                    7 years ago I purchased my DeLonghi Magnifica coffee machine. Cost a fortune, but seeing as I have an intense love affair and need for coffee, I thought it was worth investing in. (It was recommended to me by someone who purchased 3 of these machines, for themselves and family gifts).
                    My family have used it multiple times a day for 7 years. It has never failed..... and I have always used DeLonghi descaled and filters. Why use something else?
                    I hope I get another 7 years from this machine, and somehow I think I might!

Easy to use, eco-friendly, and makes my coffee taste fresh again. Great value and keeps my machine running smoothly!

Surprisingly great product. We followed the instructions and the alert lights on the coffee machine display . Promptly rinse and descaled the piping. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. In the end the piping works great!

None better for descaling my delonghi dedica!
                    Whats lucky for me is the dedica flashes lights at me when it needs descaling something my other machines didn't do which makes for really #%^*+ coffee! Always good to be reminded!

The instructions leave a lot to be desired and I honestly expected better. They refer you to the product manual which, after I dug it out, didn't have the info I needed for the water proportion. There were a few other vague points. The product seemed to work but always leaves a huge mess of water on the counters nomatter what I do and Im honestly not sure if I did everything correctly.

I should have listened to the reviews who recommended buying this in person only. Box arrived completely trashed and product inside was leaking and damaged. The company clearly has a track record of not securing this product sufficiently for the mail.
