I bought this cooler and the 65 qt. Both are great coolers. What I liked about this one was the size. It fits in my passenger seat very well and keeps everything cold all day. I also bought the ice packs that screw in and they work very well. I have recommended this to friends I work with who have also bought it and like theirs.

Great small cooler for everyday

Absolutely Love this Cooler and how it can handle the back of my truck bed in SC and still provide me and my guys cold water BUT ABSOLUTELY HATE the latches. Was able to replace it the first time with Dewalt Latches but having trouble finding those this time around. Hoping for some help in locating parts

Broken Latches

The cooler is great.  Sturdy and useful.  The easy open cam latches have broken twice.  I was able to purchase replacement latches before but I can't find them now.  Also i noticed the new coolers have slightly larger latches, I assume to fix this broken latch problem. Please help me find replacement latches.

Good cooler, latches are a defect.

Overall a study and good Cooler. Holds cold for a weekend trip. 2 days on the same bag of Ice if you don't open it much but the Latch's on both sides ripped, the ones that secure the Lid down. Doesn't really affect the performance but now you have to be careful it doesn't get pushed over or falls if you have it on a tailgate or table.

I got my cooler as a gift from my son and one of the latches ripped apart the first time I used it. The cooler is nice but the latches are bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this cooler a few months ago, cooler works great latches broke within the second month on both coolers.  I would not purchase this again due to defective latches.

Good cooler Bad latch straps

Mine also came with a bad latch. Lasted me around 1 year.

BAD LATCH DESIGN!

As with most of these other reviews I am reading my cooler given to me by my kids 4 years ago for father's day has failed rubber straps for the latching mechanism. Just today we went too use the cooler and my wife handed me a latch piece.  I cannot believe how easily the rubber just gave out while sitting with no stress on it.  I had last used it last fall for a trip to a swap meet and it was fine.  It gets little use and is in like new condition other than the latching mechanism is now useless.  I remember this was not a cheap cooler and was surprised at the time my kids had bought this for me.

Was a great gift, until...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these coolers several years ago, but did not take them out of the box until today. Even sealed inside the box, the latches had already fallen off. Can't seem to find replacements anywhere. Dewalt If you're listening, where can I get these? I have many of the other size coolers and they are all just fine. It's just this 25Quart  that has problems that has problems.
