Heavy duty stabilizing and weed blocking fabric. The unwoven side grips the ground nicely and stays in place pretty well even before staking or adding material on top. It has also rained every day here in NW FL so I can say that the fabric drains very well. I have a lot more to install, but I think this will work to secure the base layer of sandy ground beneath my sand/gravel underlayment for permeable plastic pavers.

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a beautiful flower bed and one way to ensure it stays beautiful is to use a liner to ensure the weeds do not ruin the look.  I have used liners before and unfortunately weeds still crept through.  I could tell looking at the Dewitt that it was definitely thicker than my previous liners.  We put it down and it complimented the mulch and matched well with our shrubbery.  So far no sign of weeds.  I am really pleased with results.
