This is an addendum to my initial review submitted a few weeks ago when the lamp had just arrived. Then I had rated it four stars because I wasn't totally crazy about it (my main bug-a-boo was the lamp shade, which I had thought looked too big for the lamp base and whose shape I had thought was too boxy). In the few weeks since I've been using the lamp, I've grown to love it, including the lamp shade, which now seems perfect to me. This lamp was ordered to replace a defective lamp. The next time we need a new lamp, this will be the one I will buy.

I bought a pair of these a few years ago. They are lovely! I see the newer version is minus the candle drips which made these lamps so attractive. Consider offering the "candle drip" type again.

This lamp is beautiful. I bought the mustard yellow one. It looks like the picture but the real beauty is seeing it up close. I wish I'd bought two. It's large and lovely. Took one star off because in shipment the corner of my shade was bent, I like the square shade too!
