Does not fit a 2019 ford ranger.  Holes do not line up on the lower bracket.  If you could mount lower bracket the tailgate could not be closed. The nipple on lower bracket would hit the tail light assembly preventing closure.  The packaging said was for a Chevy/GMC silverado sierra.
